Phone calls with our AI voice receptionist: Calls to our business line are answered by an AI voice assistant. These calls may be recorded and transcribed to route your inquiry, schedule or reschedule appointments, and send you and our team a summary or confirmation by email.
Chat conversations: If you use the chat widget on this website, your conversation is processed by our AI assistant in the same way, so it can answer questions and help with booking.
Standard hosting logs: Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and performance purposes. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, schedule and manage appointments, provide the services you've requested, send confirmations and follow-ups, and keep internal records of client communications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
To operate our business, we rely on a small number of trusted third-party services that may process information on our behalf, including: ElevenLabs (powers our AI voice receptionist and website chat assistant), Google Calendar and Gmail (appointment scheduling and email confirmations), Zapier (connects our tools and automates internal notifications), Mailchimp (manages our email newsletter and follow-up with contact form leads), and Bluehost (website hosting). Each of these providers has its own privacy and security practices governing how they handle data passed through their systems.
We retain client and inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
